Specifically we are seeking a Full Time Shift Supervisor in our Mays Landing, NJ store.
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll assist Store Management with merchandise presentation, receiving, efficient front end operations, customer service, keyholder duties, opening/closing duties, and store standards.
Flexible schedule a must.
The Shift Supervisor supports sales, operational and merchandising activities in the store in addition to keyholder duties such as opening/closing.
The Shift Supervisor works in conjunction with the store management team to ensure proper product presentation while driving sales results by ensuring a high level of customer service in a safe and productive work environment.
This position requires a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key
Responsibilities:
o Upholds Company policies and procedures, including safety and operating standards.
o Trains and developing associates to effectively perform their job responsibilities.
o Directs and performs merchandise pre-processing activities to prepare product for stocking.
o Assigns and performs stocking activities following established stocking priorities, stocking standards and stocking plans.
o Guides and participates in the organization of merchandise areas on the sales floor; ensuring replenishment standards are met.
o Coordinates efficient front end operations.
o Monitors customer transactions and front end activities, ensuring efficient processing time for checkout, and responding to cashier requests.
o Monitors building security, promotes and upholds associate safety, and provides emergency response as needed.
o Performs Leader On Duty responsibilities as neededo Monitors building security, promotes and upholds associate safety, and provides emergency response as needed.
o Upholds housekeeping standards throughout facility; personally performs any housekeeping duties as needed.
o Performs additional, sometimes specialized duties as required by business needs including, but not limited to, stocking, freight processing, fulfillment, receiving, resolution of damaged merchandiseEducation/Experience/
Qualifications:
o High School diploma or equivalento 2-3 years of retail supervisory experience desiredo Effective communication and customer service skillso Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needsRequirements:
Must have previous retail Supervisory experience.
Must have a flexible schedule to include days/evenings, weekends, holidays.
