Description
The Proposal Coordinator assists the Proposal Manager in developing and delivering compliant and compelling proposals in response to customer Requests for Proposals. Example tasks include:
Assign B&P charge numbers
Work with Contracts to process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs)
Search databases (e.g., FedBizOps, Seaport-e, Navy E-Commerce Online (NECO), GovWin, Information Analysis Center (IAC) Advance Planning Matrices) for opportunity updates and provide the results to select recipients
Prepare and coordinate technical proposal data calls between KBRwyle and our subcontractors for KBRwyle prime proposals.
Coordinate technical proposal data calls for efforts in which KBRwyle is a subcontractor with the owning Operations Unit or Capture Team and obtain review and approval before submission to the prime contractor
Assist proposal managers with past performance and corporate capabilities data
Provide sample proposal documents and recent examples of procurement write-ups
Receive and distribute responses to questions and/or RFP amendments
Review the RFP and identify any questions to be asked of the procuring agency
Review responses to questions and/or amendments to the RFP to determine the impact on the proposal
Maintain records of color team reviews
Participate in White Glove reviews
Package and ship the proposal to the procuring agency if hardcopy submittals are required
Update Past Performance database with any proposal Past Performance citations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technical discipline.
A minimum of three years of experience coordinating Federal Government Proposals, including Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple-Award Contracts, large Single Sales Objectives (SSOs), and Task Orders.
Formal proposal writing or management training is a plus.

Required Skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
