This position is responsible for all business office functions at the facility and is the primary liaison with Corporate for Billing/Payroll/Accounting.
List of job requirements.
Maintaining personnel information, updating personnel files, responsible for the preparation of payroll, and various other office/bookkeeping duties.
Qualifications Good understanding of payroll processing preferably ADP Workforce Now Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information Business computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as the ability to learn new computer applications Candidates with the following experience are preferred:
Payroll/HR, ADP Workforce Now, Healthcare, Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
