(Delta) is searching for a successful and knowledgable team member to serve as a the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM).
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the TAM is instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support Delta's mission of delivering high-quality services to our individuals.
In addition, the position is responsible for the management and oversight of a multi-state, multi-site recruitment team.
The role will focus heavily on collaboration with hiring managers, development of recruitment strategies, and ensuring consistent and effective recruitment practices across all locations.
The TAM's leadership and expertise will be instrumental in building a talented and diverse workforce dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families we serve.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's mission, vision and goals.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the multi-state, multi-site recruitment team including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to determine staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
Ensure consistent and effective recruitment processes are followed by the recruitment team, including:
sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection and onboarding.
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers in each location to understand their specific recruitment needs and challenges.
Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information and seamless collaboration among team members.
Conduct regular trainings and workshops for the recruitment team to enhance their skills and knowledge in talent acquisition best practices.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the recruitment team and promote these values in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires across different locations.
Remain current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and employment, particularly across multiple states.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and team performance to senior management.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Administrative Science or a related field (or equivalent experience), required.
Master's Degree, preferred.
Five (5) years of related talent acquisition experience.
Two (2) years of related supervisory/ management experience.
Active Certification in Recruitment/ Human Resources from a recognized organization is required, examples include:
HRCI, SHRM, AIRS, ASA, NAPS, etc.
Valid driver's license in current state of residence.
Appropriate additional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements and vice versa.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
