We're looking for a highly skilled, performance driven, experienced manager to join our team as a Business Development Center Manager.
The BDC Manager is responsible for leading, by example, a team of Advisors who qualify and schedule appointments for our outside sales team, through scripting and process.
The opportunities are sourced through both inbound and outbound calling with a heavy emphasis on outbound.
The BDC Manager will also be responsible for the appointment confirmation department.
The ideal candidate will have experience structuring, coaching and inspiring an inside sales team as well as making process suggestions and improvements.
Must have served in a performance-based leadership role in a professional organization.
The BDC Manager will be able to provide their team with resources to expand their knowledge in customer service, and products, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support the organization's initiatives.
The right candidate will have a focus on improving your team's skill set and performance, through training and process implementation.
Qualified candidates will possess exemplary interpersonal skills and have a professional demeanor, plus a confident and well-mannered personality.
Managerial experience is necessary.
All positions require the highest level of customer service and experience through consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamwork.
This role is 100% on site in Mays Landing, NJ.
