As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between our team and clients.
Responsibilities Perform day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones and responding to emails Act as an assistant to the owner, providing administrative support as needed Handle the ordering of materials for new and existing landscape projects Assist with any other office-related tasks to ensure efficient operations Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, and other relevant software.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
